I Can’t Select or find My Instagram Profile
If you don’t see your Instagram account in the “Instagram Account” dropdown
It means the Instagram account is not linked to the Facebook Page you selected in the “Facebook Page” dropdown.
✅ How to fix this
- Link your Facebook Page (the one connected to MyAdForce) to the Instagram account you want to use.
Guide: How to link a Facebook page to an Instagram account. - Go back to MyAdForce and perform a hard refresh of your browser
- Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Your Instagram account should now appear.
🔄 If your Instagram account is not a Business account
You must switch from a personal account to a business account inside the Instagram mobile app.

❓ What if I don’t have an Instagram Business account?
No problem!
If you don’t have one, MyAdForce will automatically create a Page-Backed Instagram Account (PBIA) for you.
A PBIA is essentially a “shadow” Instagram Business account linked to your Facebook Page.
It allows your ads to run on Instagram without you needing to create or manage an Instagram Business profile.
👉 Note: MyAdForce cannot create Instagram-only ads. Ads will run on both Facebook and Instagram.
