Why I Can’t Select/Find My Facebook Pixel (Dataset)?

If the “Facebook Pixel” dropdown shows “No Pixel Selected” and returns “No Results”

This means one of the following:

  1. You’re not an admin of this Pixel.
  2. The Pixel is restricted from advertising.
  3. Your Facebook profile does not have access to this Pixel.
  4. The Pixel is not assigned to the ad account selected in the “Facebook Ad Account” dropdown.

✅ How to fix this

Issue 1 — You’re not an admin of the Pixel

Ask the Pixel owner to grant you admin access.

Issue 2 — The Pixel is restricted from advertising

A restricted Pixel cannot be used with MyAdForce.
We recommend appealing the restriction or selecting another Pixel.


Issue 3 — Your Facebook profile doesn’t have access to the Pixel

Follow these steps:

  1. Add the Facebook profile connected to MyAdForce as an admin on the Pixel.

  2. Return to MyAdForce and perform a hard refresh:
    • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
    • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

Your Pixel should automatically appear in the “Facebook Pixel” dropdown.


Issue 4 — The Pixel is not assigned to the selected ad account

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Business Manager and assign the Pixel to the ad account you want to use.

  2. Return to MyAdForce and hard refresh the page.

Your Pixel should now appear and be selectable.


Following the steps above, your Pixel will appear correctly in the MyAdForce dashboard.
